Released by Release (a division of Relapse Records) in February, 1998. The CD is a collaboration between Scott Ayers (as Walking Timebombs) and Tribes of Neurot, a "devolved" side-project/alter-ego of Neurosis. The sound is mostly industrial-ambient with washes of psychotronic, psychedelic swamp- voodoo guitar courtesy of Scott Ayers. The bulk of the original tracks were recorded by Tribe of Neurot on days off during tours in 1996-97; tapes were then exchanged between them and Scott by mail for about a year, with much subtraction and addition to said tapes, until a final vision was achieved, at which point Scott mixed the entire album down at Anomie Studios.
