Released in 1994 by the tremendously obscure (apparently) label Scorpio International Ltd. This is the Lunatic Fringe independent movie NO RESISTANCE, directed by Timothy Thomson, which features a soundtrack by Pain Teens. Most of the material on this album is still otherwise unreleased, although some of it ended up on BEAST OF DREAMS. The movie is a low-budget cyberpunk epic that's well worth seeing. Contrary to what I may have suggested at one point or another, there is no actual soundtrack available to the public; one was in the works at one point but it never actually materialized.
No Resistance (main theme), Hard Rush, White Stupid and Ugly, Just Like Fuckin' Minsk, America Burning, Sweet Sickness (original ethereal vox mix), No Resistance (funk deth remix), Check Your Squelch, Kay's # 1 (backwards song), Martyr by Morning, Kay's # 2 (for Dave Ward), Sheila (love theme from NO RESISTANCE), Ovens and Bullets
"White, Stupid and Ugly" was originally called "Destroy Me Lover" and had lyrics; it was performed at least once live in the fall of 1993 at a show with Crust.
"Rosy Cross" (from KING GOD) and "Lady of Flame" (from BORN IN BLOOD) are also featured in the movie, but are not on the soundtrack; the other songs were all original at the time.
Two songs on this soundtrack eventually ended up on BEAST OF DREAMS in considerably different versions: "The Sweet Sickness" and one other song (not sure which one!) that was originally known as "Sandwich" but eventually became "Skids."
