This single was released on Double Naught in 1994, shortly after O.J. Simpson's "historic" flight across the highway in the fabled white Bronco. As far as i know it's the first actual appearance of the Walking Timebombs, Scott Ayers' solo (and now full-time) project. Issued in a limited edition of 1,000.
